Help & advice remotely are always free during normal office hours — support at any other time is available by prior arrangement only.
In the case of workshop services, we can fix the labour fee so you know exactly what you are paying. If you wish to visit our workshop you will need an appointment so please call in advance.
Most services are achievable the same day even if the solution requires parts as we stock most standard parts and software. In the very unlikely event that we cannot fix your issue, we offer a no-fix, no-fee guarantee (some exclusions apply). Please call us In order for us to determine the best solution for you, and we can also give you a free estimate.
We accept payment by credit or debit card and cash. We add a 2% surcharge to credit card payments. Regular customers can set up a 30 day credit account and pay by direct bank transfer or BACS. We do not take cheques.

We can almost certainly help at your home or business premises.
We charge our first hour on-site. If it takes longer, we charge for each subsequent half hour or part thereof.
Most problems are fixable in an hour, but please call us for an estimate as this may vary depending on the nature of the problem and how much work there is to do.
If you are within 10 miles or 20 minutes drive of Great Kingshill we do not charge a callout fee. If you are further away, please call us and we can give you a price — we have to do this to cover transport costs and travel time to assist our customers that are further away.
Depending on the problem, it may be that the job is better suited to a fixed-fee workshop fix, where you bring the equipment to us. However, we can pick up and deliver your equipment back to you — including dismantling all the wires and plugging everything back in — for an extra fee.

If you have an active broadband connection, we can fix your machine remotely over the internet, right now or at a time of your choosing.
This involves us installing a small application on your computer which allows us to use your PC, laptop or Mac as if we were sitting in front of it. This takes only a few minutes to do over the phone.
We can solve many problems this way and as we don’t have to travel anywhere, there are no callout fees and we are able to charge for each half hour from the get-go. This saves us time and you money.
This also means that we can help you wherever you are worldwide as long as you can connect to the internet — so if you are on holiday somewhere, on a foreign business trip or just long way from us, we can solve your issue.
When we are finished, we will remove the software if you wish, or we can show you how to simply disable the software so that we can no longer access your machine. The advantage of this is that next time you have an issue, you simply enable it, and we can help you right away without having to reinstall it. Most of our regular customers use this option.
Fixed-Fee Workshop You come to us
Because of the amount of time involved in carrying out certain procedures, some issues are best solved in our workshop. This includes Windows reinstallations, virus cleans and laptop hardware, power and screen fixes.
We are able to offer fixed labour rates if you bring your equipment to us.
Alternatively, for an extra fee, we can pick up and deliver your equipment back to you — including dismantling all the wires and plugging everything back in.
